We have been notified that someone is calling local citizens and claiming to be raising funds for the Lincoln County Fire Protection District.
The Lincoln County Fire Protection District or Lincoln County Firefighters Community Outreach do not raise funds for any projects via telephone solicitations.
Any fundraising efforts will be through in person contact or events that are advertised as fund raising efforts with specific details of the project.
